Priscilla Smith teaches Voice,  Musical Theater, and Dance to children and adults. Priscilla has had a passion for teaching and the performing arts since she was a child. She has a diverse background in the Arts and has performed in many musicals on stages across Europe including the Frankfurt Opera house and Playhouse. Priscilla studied Voice and Musical Theater at Berklee College of Music and The Boston Conservatory, is a  certified Kindermusik instructor and has studied Estill Voice Training.  She also enjoyed being a professional Industrial Singer in NYC and has recorded 5 albums ranging from Jazz, Musical Theater, to R&B/ Pop and has worked in NYC as a professional commercial singer.  As a member of a Jazz/ Hip Hop Dance company (Jam Crew) in Washington DC, she danced and taught  Jazz, Tap, and Funk/Hip Hop for many years through the DARE DANCE program in inner city schools. She has been working with children and adult students for over 15 years as a musical theater, voice, and dance teacher and has been the director of The Annapolis Musical Theater Company for 13 years. She loves working with the individual and class to develop and strengthen their technique and confidence as performers, but most of all she loves bringing joy to people of all ages through the magic of theater.
