Rent Our Space
Specific spaces within Maryland Hall are available for paid rental on a case-by-case basis subject to availability by community organizations and businesses.

Rentals Policies
- Rentals are limited to events and activities that are consistent with the mission of Maryland Hall.
- We do not provide complimentary use of space.
- Maryland Hall is currently not accepting applications to rent our theatre.
- Room rates vary and are based on size, technical needs, and type of renter (non-profit and commercial).
Rooms and Venues Available for Rent
Room 308
This is a small performance space with a stage. Space has a capacity of 120 people for standing reception and 56 for a banquet.
Classrooms
Our classrooms have a capacity of 45 people for standing reception and 35 for a banquet.
Community Space
Space has a capacity of 150 people for standing reception and 100 for a banquet.
Bowen Theatre
This is a large space that can accommodate up to 200 people for large receptions, dances, lectures, or meetings.
Meeting Rooms
Several rooms of varying sizes that can accommodate 40-90 people are available for meetings, receptions, and lectures.

To inquire about renting a meeting room or community space at Maryland Hall, you must complete this rental form. Please do not call about renting space. All inquiries must be submitted via the rental forms.
