Wellness Classes at Maryland Hall

Some are surprised to discover we offer wellness classes at an arts center. Here, we practice the Art of Wellness with health and fitness classes aligned to creativity. Take pilates, barre, yoga (including the only place in Annapolis for YogAlign) and Tai Chi in a welcoming studio space. Currently offering virtual classes, you can enjoy live and "anytime" online instruction from local teachers in your living room. 


What I am impressed by most is the sense of community within Maryland Hall. It’s more than teacher – Student or Teacher – Teacher relationships. Being part of Maryland Hall is being part of a creative sharing community. It doesn’t end when the class ends. The people, smiles, creativity, and experiences become a part of me.
